	Wow----I don't know where to begin describing my recent trip to Argentina as a non-hunter accompanying my husband Larry. In the planning stages,Nacho made it a point to call me personally and asked questions regarding our interest and dietary needs. He showed such interest to the details (down to playing country music in transit) that would make our trip, " top shelf". And indeed it was. The accommodations were magical and the food was a gourmet's delight. We always felt safe and secure and were accompanied always with an English guide--which included a day in Cordoba with his lovely Veronica. We are so grateful to her and could not have functioned without her. When our grand daughter fell ill, he made arrangements with the desk to have a doctor call and an antibiotic prescribed and delivered by taxi to the Estancia La Paz. Plus he called from the field to check on her. She was back "in the saddle" after one day. What a guy!!!! The first day Ashten and I accompanied my husband, Larry,and joined him for lunch in the field which was delightfully delicious. We witnessed first hand the abundance of doves that covered the sky. Larry was living one of the major dreams on his "bucket list". It was great fun watching him! In our spare time there was plenty to do---the spa, horseback riding, biking, birdwatching, shopping, visiting the art galleries, museums, cathedrals, dining, photographing, and just relaxing in the beautiful setting with a good book. We definately got addicted to the cuisine. Nacho was with us from the arrival at the airport to the departure at the airport. He made it an even more personal experience by introducing and sharing his family with us. Nacho guaranteed our happiness and that he did. My only regret is that we had to return to Texas! An extended stay would have been nice. We have banked many fond Argentinian memories. Linda Wells-Bonnin

	There isn’t much to say about this trip except for the many, many compliments. The hunting it was wonderful the numbers of dove I sow in this trip , everyone is very nice and is extremely hospitable. I have to say , every part of this trip is perfect!!!

We appreciate so many thinks you do , but most especially the way you pull together a team of very personable and pleasant guides and excellent food. Gino is a wizard and adds so much to our enjoyment. Keep up your personal touch and ethical approach to doing business; it’s a winning combination , our family( Grand pa through grand kids) and friend truly cherish our time spend here. 	Nacho , we all three had an outstanding trip. You and your crew made my first trip to Argentina one of the best trip I have ever been on . The doves shooting was excellent every single day. The pigeons were fantastic , Mauro did a great Job while you were gone. We can all tell how much you care about the well being of your clients and how you do everyrhing in your control to make sure that everyone has the best time possible. Everything about your operation from start to finish was amazing. We can assume you we will be back next year with at least eigth people. The stories we can tell after this will make many people want to come down with you as their outfitter CyC ia a wonderfull outfit due to your dedication. 	No one tries harder than Nacho to make Argentina your destination of choice! Nacho will find the doves, the rest is up to you. If it’s the true Argentine experience you are looking for Nacho is the outfitter for you. Not only is he accommodating and flexible he shares his wealth of knowledge of Cordoba and environs. Penny and I were particulary fortunate that Nacho invited us to share his Family bbq where we met his Mother , Brothers and their families. Not only is the wingshooting fantastic so are his lunches. 	Mar 27/07 Nacho: A great shooting exprerience. We never belived that it was possible to fire 1000 rounds in one day. For all of us this would be 4 o 5 Full hunting seasons at home. The flight habits of the doves produce all possible shooting angels - great practice! The adventure included getting mired in mud and pulled out by a large tractor. The asados were great! we all gained too much poundage. Your North American Friends

	02/03/07 We had a great time killing pollo rojo! This was my fist trip and it was better that i could have imagined. From the dove hunts, to the great food, to the estancia La Paz, to Buenos Aires, y las chicas muy bonita! The football game Boca vs. Independientes was amazing as well. (Boca, Boca, Boca!!) Bit the best part was the great friendship with Nacho and his family. They were very good to us. I Have friend for life.

	Your dove shoot is very good, very professional, but also very friendly. I guided big game in Colorado USA so I know how it is. The accommodations, transportation, food, bird boys, and your personal attention were excellent and friendly! The shooting couldn't have been any better, any shooting condition you want! Coming, going, crossing and overhead, take your like, the easiest or the most challenging. No rush, no fuss, set your own pace, the birds keep coming! The food and drink are the best! It doesn't get any better! Been there! Done that! Two times and will continue till money or health gives out. The most reasonable package I have found, also.
